What we collect

• Your name and email address when you create an account.
• What you submit when listing a property: the address, ownership documents, photographs and the details you fill in.
• Messages you send through the site, including any images you attach.
• Basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, used for security, rate limiting and fraud prevention.

Why we hold it

To run your account, to publish and verify listings, to connect you with an agent, and to keep the marketplace safe.

Ownership documents are used for verification only. They are never shown publicly.

Guest conversations

If you use the chat without signing in, that conversation is deleted automatically after a period of inactivity. Sign in to keep it with your account.

Who can see what

Published listings — including photographs and the approximate location — are public.

Your email address, phone number and uploaded documents are not. Staff access is limited by role, and every administrative action is recorded in an audit log.

Images you upload

Uploads are scanned for malware and re-encoded before they are stored. Chat attachments are only accepted from signed-in accounts.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, review active sessions and sign other devices out from your account settings.

You can request deletion of your account. Deletion runs after a grace period, during which you can cancel it.
